Arthur Rosenzweig is President of Mediant. He has more than 30 years of management experience delivering technology-enabled services to more than 2,000 banks, securities firms, institutional investors and corporate issuers in more than 20 countries. He is also a founder/co-founder of several institutional research firms, including Gimme Credit, Credit Derivatives Research and High Frequency Economics. He serves as a director and member of the board’s Investment Committee. Prior to Mediant, Mr. Rosenzweig served as President of Proxy Monitor, a leading provider of institutional proxy services, which acquired and merged into Institutional Shareholder Services in 2001. He earned his BA from Stanford University and his MA and PhD degrees in Economics from New York University.
