William Lauricella is Chief Financial Officer for Mediant. Bringing more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive, he is responsible for all financial and administrative functions for Mediant. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Mr. Lauricella served as COO and CFO for M Cubed Technologies, Inc., a private-equity-backed developer and manufacturer of advanced composite materials, and CFO for Baldwin Technology Company, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of highly engineered products and solutions for the global printing equipment market. In both positions, Mr. Lauricella was responsible for the structuring and placement of more than $150 million of debt and equity capital. He also served as President of Baldwin’s Document Finishing Systems business. Beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Manager, Mr. Lauricella holds a BBA in accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
