Peter joined BetaNXT in August 2023 as Head of Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic initiatives globally across BetaNXT.
Prior to joining BetaNXT, Peter was Chief Strategy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, where he led corporate development and business strategy initiatives. He was previously an Industry Partner at Motive Partners, and an Advisory Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he co-led the firm’s capital markets technology and operations consulting practice. Earlier in his career, Peter was a Managing Director with BearingPoint and Andersen Business Consulting. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.
