Tom serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors of BetaNXT, leading the legal and compliance functions while guiding the strategic direction of the company.
Prior to BetaNXT, Tom served in senior legal and corporate roles for both public and PE-sponsored companies, including Tegra118, Fiserv, Citigroup, and Reuters. His expertise includes deep domain experience in corporate law and governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and intellectual property. Tom holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis.
