Meghan joined BetaNXT team in 2022 as Head of Business Enablement. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing ongoing strategic planning and executive reporting, leading our international real estate portfolio, supporting due-diligence and acquisition integration, and leading process re-engineering efforts. She has more than 15 years of financial services experience, with proven success leading teams through transformation and empowering innovation.
Most recently, Meghan held Senior Director roles across strategy, marketing, and customer experience for Equitable, including Chief Operating Officer for the Marketing Department. She began her career in sales and relationship management at AXA, a global insurance company, and supported the initial public offering when Equitable divested from AXA Equitable Holdings as an independent U.S. financial services company.
Meghan is a previous member of the Women’s Bond Club of NY. She is passionate about philanthropy and giving back to the community, particularly through mentorship, talent acceleration, and development.
