Chris Nobles is Division Executive, Investor Communications at BetaNXT. A seasoned financial technology executive with more than two decades of experience, Chris leads strategy, growth, and technology direction for BetaNXT’s solutions supporting investor communications, shareholder engagement, proxy services, corporate issuer communications, and many of the firm’s AI initiatives.
Chris is the former Chief Technology Officer of Mediant, which BetaNXT acquired in 2023. At Mediant, he helped evolve the company from a technology provider into a leading investor communications platform serving broker-dealers, wealth managers, asset managers, and corporate issuers. He has led complex commercial software implementations and integrations that help financial institutions modernize operations, improve communications, and enhance the investor experience.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as Director of Engineering at Proxy Monitor, where he oversaw platform architecture and technology development. His background combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of the operational, regulatory, and business challenges facing financial services organizations.
Chris is recognized as a thought leader in AI, investor engagement, and wealth management technology. He frequently represents BetaNXT at industry forums and speaks on agentic AI, shareholder participation, proxy modernization, digital communications, and the future of investor engagement. His recent thought leadership has focused on how AI can improve efficiency, personalize investor experiences, and expand shareholder participation. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
